Summary

• The Substrate Product Occurence Ratio Calculator (SPORCalc) is a chemical informatics tool for interrogating reaction databases and is research software that was designed initially for the high throughput analysis of transformations of biochemical agents, toxins and xenobiotics. An aim of SPORCalc was to discriminate between the most likely substructures in substrates and products.
