• Tara Field is a municipal airport located about 3 miles or 5km west of Hampton, Georgia, on the far south side of metro Atlanta in western Henry County. Paradoxically, it is the Clayton County Airport, owned and operated since 1992 by the county government of Clayton County to the north.
